
There are so many granola bars out there and some are so high in fat, calories and sugar. Many of them are also not very filling. I have found both the chocolate and peanut butter Fiber One Bars to be a good source of fiber as well as being low in calories. You actually feel as if you have eaten something substantial for a snack and you are getting several grams of fiber as well.

Hello, Neva from the Web 2.0 class. I was running around the blogs and wanted to tell you that Fiber One Bars are also one of my favorites. Similar reason to the one you stated. I am on Weight Watchers and the Oats and Chocolate Bars are only 2 points (that is great for a WW snack.) As a teacher, I find they are easy to have on hand when you need a little pick-me up between classes. An nothing like a little chocolate to help you trough the afternoon.
